Soft to look at, soft to touch. Philodendron 'Velvet' (Philodendron micans) grows small, heart-shaped leaves with a true velvet texture in shimmering bronze-green β the trailing plant people can't help but reach out and pet.
Medium to bright indirect light keeps that sheen vibrant, with water when the top inch of soil dries. Let it trail from shelves and hanging baskets, where the velvet texture catches the light beautifully. A tactile, easy-care favorite. Available in 3" and 4" pots, plus decorative options.
