At Pink Llama Botanicals, we take great care in packaging and shipping your plants so they arrive happy and healthy at your doorstep! Below are the details of our shipping process.
๐ฆ Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2โ5 business days (MondayโFriday).
- Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 3โ7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2โ3 business days (if available)
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

๐ก๏ธ Weather & Shipping Protection
- Cold Weather Shipping: If your area is experiencing freezing temperatures, we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. We are not responsible for damage caused by cold weather if a heat pack is not purchased.
- Hot Weather Shipping: During extreme heat, plants may be more sensitive. Please track your package closely and bring it indoors as soon as possible.
๐ Where We Ship
- Currently, we ship within the U.S. only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico due to agricultural restrictions).
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
๐ Address & Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen items. Please check with your local post office if you have concerns.
