What We Cover and Don't Cover

We take great care in ensuring our plants arrive happy and healthy at your doorstep! However, due to the nature of live plants, please keep the following in mind:

  • Address Changes: Any changes to your shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Cold Weather Precautions: During colder months, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack for orders shipping to cold states. Orders without a heat pack that experience cold damage will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Courier Issues: Unfortunately, delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers are out of our control and are not covered under our guarantee.
  • Damaged Plants: If your plant arrives damaged and does not fall under the exclusions above, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement!

Refund or Replacement Policy

🌿 For Orders with All Items Damaged: If your entire order arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund or credit, covering all costs—including shipping, labor, and packaging.

🌿 For Multiple-Item Orders with Partial Damage: If only one item in a multi-item order is damaged, we will refund or replace just that item (shipping costs will not be refunded).

🌿 For Single-Item Orders: If your only item arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund or credit, including shipping, labor, and packaging costs.


How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, please:

1️⃣ Email us at melissagray@thepinkllama.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged plant(s)
  • A picture of the shipping label on the package

2️⃣ Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to be considered.

3️⃣ Replacements: We offer one replacement per order.

4️⃣ Refund Processing: Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.
